Product Description
Y TypeTee is a precision-cast stainless steel pipe fitting engineered to combine or divide fluid flow at a streamlined angle, offering smoother flow transition and lower pressure loss than a standard T-junction. Manufactured with three female threaded ports (F-F-F configuration), this fitting allows two branch lines to merge into one main line, or a single line to split into two, while minimizing turbulence at the junction point.

The Y TypeTee follows the dimensional and tolerance requirements aligned with ISO4144-type stainless steel threaded fittings.
All three ports are female threaded, supporting BS21 (BSPT, BSP), ANSI/ASME B1.20.1 (NPT), DIN2999 (R/RP), JIS B0203/2 (PT), and KS B0221 (PT) thread standards, matching the main connection types LEADTEK supplies across its ISO4144 product line.

100% Material Test
LEADTEK has our own foundry. We do 100% chemical element testing for 2-3 times of each furnace during casting according to ASTM A351/A351M standard.
100% Pressure Test
All the Class 150 pipe fittings are tested under the 0.6Mpa air pressure for 15 seconds to make sure no leaking.
100% Visual Inspection
We will make final visual inspection to pick out the burr, deform, rust, solder, porosity and cracked defects.
