100% Material Test
LEADTEK has our own foundry. We do 100% chemical element testing for 2-3 times of each furnace during casting according to ASTM A351/A351M standard.
100% Leaking Test
All the Class 150 pipe fittings are tested under the 0.6Mpa air pressure for 15 seconds to make sure no leaking.
100% Thread Test
Our CNC machining workers are professional. Each machine is equipped with thread gauges. Workers will test the thread one by one to make sure the correct thread.
Stable Dimension
We have only one mold for each product so that we can make sure that each order has the same quality. We have experienced CNC machining technicians to operate the machines according the drawing to make sure the dimension.
