We have a design team to design new products for customers and keep improve our products. Each new products are made the samples and test for several times before the mass production to make sure the good quality.
2Raw Material Control
Get the raw material test report from supplier and make a record. We always test the raw material chemical elements again according to ASTM A351/351M during the melting. Meanwhile, we keep all the test sample and test record.
3Precision Casting
We have our own cast workshop with professional workers to make sure the stable quality and 100% real material.
4High-Precision CNC Machining
5Overall Process Inspection
Except the final visual and machine testing, we also do patrol inspection to control the quality during the production.
