Product Introduction
1 Piece Ball Valve is a reduced-port, quarter-turn shut-off valve machined from a single SS316 stainless steel body. The one-piece body eliminates body joints, which means fewer potential leak paths and lower per-unit cost compared to 2-piece or 3-piece designs - a practical advantage for procurement engineers specifying large-volume pipeline projects.
The valve uses a PTFE seat and a blow-out proof stem as standard. A lockable butterfly handle allows the operator to secure the valve in either the fully open or fully closed position, preventing accidental operation in attended or unattended installations.
Available in sizes 1/4" to 2" (DN8–DN50), with female NPT threads and a working pressure of 1000 PSI across a temperature range of -20°C to 150°C.
