All the Class 150 pipe fittings are tested under the 0.6Mpa air pressure for 15 seconds to make sure no leaking.
100% Thread Test
Our main thread type is BS21(BSPT, BSP), ANSI/ASME B1.20.1(NPT), DIN2999(R/RP), JIS B0203/2(PT), KS B0221(PT), ISO7-1(BSPT) etc. Our CNC machining workers are professional. Each machine is equipped with thread gauges. Workers will test the thread one by one to make sure the correct thread.
