We are foundry and always test the chemical elements 2-3 times for every furnace during casting according to ASTM A351 / A351M standard. The Mill Test Report is available before shipment according to the chemical elements of ASTM A351 / A351M standard.
100% Pressure Test
All the Class 150 pipe fittings are tested under the 0.6Mpa air pressure for 15 seconds to make sure no leaking.
Visual Inspection
We will make final visual inspection to pick out the burr, deform, rust, solder, porosity and cracked defects.
