The E-type stainless camlock fittings refers to a male connector with a hose tail-"E" type camlock on one end and a male hose tail on the other. The male camlock end can connect to any female camlock fitting, and the hose tail can be inserted into any suitably sized hose and secured with a heavy-duty stainless steel hose clamp.

How to Use:
● To connect, slide the Camlock E adapter into the female connector and simultaneously close both cam arms.
● To disconnect, raise the cam lever handle and release the two hose fittings.
Installation:
Slide the hose fitting into the hose and secure it in place with a crimp ring or hose clamp.
The adapter part will connect to the female connector, and the hose tail will be installed into the hose.
Used For:
● Installing male camlock and grooved fittings into hoses.
● Connecting with the same-sized female connector.

Operating Principle
The stainless steel grooved couplings requires only the coupling arms to be opened and the adapter inserted into the coupling. Then, close the two cam arms under normal manual pressure to complete the connection.
Note: Couplings made using casting processes must not be welded.

● Camlock and grooved couplings should never be used for compressed air or steam services under any circumstances!
● Pressure ratings are recommended based on the use of Leadtek fittings and the installation of standard seals at an ambient temperature of 70°F / 21°C. For use in high temperatures or other special conditions, please consult Leadtek.
● The pressure rating depends on the sealing properties of the mating parts.
