Stainless steel mini ball valve is a small fluid control device that can be quickly opened and closed by rotating the valve core 90 degrees. It has the characteristics of compact structure, good sealing performance, and low fluid resistance. The valve body is usually made of 304 or 316 stainless steel material, suitable for media such as water, steam, and oil. The working temperature range is generally from -20 ℃ to 230 ℃.

Installation steps
Preparation before installation
1. Parameter verification: Confirm whether the medium, temperature range, diameter, nominal pressure and other parameters of the valve are consistent with the system design requirements. ‌
2. Cleaning the pipeline: Thoroughly clean the inside of the pipeline and valve, remove impurities such as oil stains and welding slag, and ensure that the sealing surface is free of scratches. ‌
3. Check the valve: Check if the valve model is correct, if the valve stem is flexible, and if the sealing surface is intact.
Installation process
1‌. Select connection method: Choose the appropriate connection method (such as threaded connection) based on the actual situation of the pipeline. ‌
2. Alignment installation: Align the valve with the pipeline to ensure a tight and leak free connection. Pay attention to the installation direction of the valve, and the direction of medium flow should be consistent with the direction indicated by the arrow on the valve. ‌
3. Fixed valve: After installation, use brackets or hangers to secure the valve to the pipeline to prevent displacement or damage caused by vibration or external forces. ‌
Check after installation
1. Test operation: After installation, open and close the valve several times to check if the operation is smooth. ‌
2. Check for leaks: Focus on checking for any air or water leaks at the connection points. ‌
Precautions for use
1. Operation method: Mini ball valves are usually operated manually, by rotating the handle to drive the valve stem to rotate, completing the opening and closing of the valve. ‌
2. Switch direction: When rotated 1/4 turn (90 °) in the forward direction, the ball valve closes; When rotating 1/4 turn (90 °) in reverse, the ball valve opens. During the operation, the rotation should be kept at a constant speed to avoid being too fast or too slow. ‌
3. Avoid hard operation: Avoid using excessive force or tools during operation to prevent damage to valves or connections. ‌
