Product Introduction
Hex Hose Nipple connects a threaded pipe port on one side to a flexible hose on the other. The threaded end uses standard male NPT or BSP threads to mate directly with valves, manifolds, or pipe adapters. The barbed end features raised ridges that grip the inner wall of rubber, PVC, or silicone hoses to form a secure mechanical seal. A hex body between the two ends provides a wrench flat for controlled installation torque, preventing overtightening that could damage connected equipment.
This fitting is made from solid 304 or 316 stainless steel bar stock using a forged process-not cast, not welded.
